It starts with a single thought: a wish, a hope, an intention to create something more than what was there before. There is no “new you” to come from what was already present; only a “better you”. No matter where you stand (or kneel) in the hierarchy, there is always more that can be done so that you can grow. It begins with the fundamental truth: that from the unrefined can come art.

I challenge each of you, Alpha or submissive, to commit to three goals: one short-, one medium-, and one long-term. It can be three separate resolutions or one resolution tracked over different periods of time.
They say it takes 90 days to form a new habit, so your short-term goal should be something realistically achievable by the end of March. Think of something that will help you on a personal and hierarchical level. Commit to stop smoking (better for your physical and sexual health) or learn a new recipe every month so that your Alpha in honored with a worthy homecooked meal at the end of a long day. If you can commit to such a short time-frame, you should be able to extend that out beyond to a longer period once you see the long-term benefits of this short-term resolution.
A medium-term resolution should go from now until the end of June, or the halfway point of 2022. Goals such as losing unhealthy weight (fat) is a great one because, even if you have a minor setback, you can easily recover in time to hit your 6-month goal. Do not set unrealistic goals. For example, do not plan on getting shredded and entering a bodybuilding contest by July if your BMI is 40+. This is not because it cannot be achieved under extreme circumstances, but because it is unhealthy, and a sick sub cannot effectively serve.
Your long-term goal should go right up to the end of the year, or perhaps even beyond. It can be something that is consistent (learn a new recipe every month) or something that is progressive (become more comfortable over time with being in chastity to the point where you no longer view your dick as your primary sexual organ).
Keep your resolutions reasonable and achievable. Given that we are still in the midst of a pandemic, certain resolutions just aren’t feasible and setbacks are bound to occur. This is where resolve is important, as it is your commitment to your resolution so that you will get back on track even if things go sideways. It may sound daunting to have to do something that isn’t easy, but it’s what is right. Growth is not meant to be easy. It takes courage to expand your horizons, to carve a better version of yourself, to see the art waiting to be carved and set free.
Do it for yourself.Do it for your brothers.Do it for the hierarchy.
The more we continue to grow and improve, the better we will be able to perform as Alphas and subs. Commit to that first step, the first strike of hammer to chisel to marble, and you are already further ahead than where you were before. Make resolutions, have the resolve to follow through, and free yourself from the fantasy of hierarchy so you can live the hierarchy in 2022 and beyond.

I believe in resolutions, and I believe in experiments. Eight days ago, I made the commitment to go for 30 days of abstinence: no sex with others, no sex with myself. It is early and I expect things to get hardest between Day 11 and Day 14. Sometimes I wear the cage, sometimes I take it off. I’ve shaved my nuts, taint and hole, which as a sub feels right. I do feel subtle benefits already. I’m being actively supported by two men. More to be revealed…
