Season 02 is about to begin here at Elysium. We started with Foundations, covering aspects of the most basic principles of hierarchy. Now we move into Health so we can be and do our best to participate to the fullest in the hierarchy.

Physical Health is the theme for April. It may be the most obvious, but it is a keystone. Exercise is just part of it, as nearly everyone has a gym near by. If that is how it will work for you. The state of our bodies is always with us, and each of us is different in our drive, our needs, and our goals. 

The ancient Greeks idolized a sound mind in a sound body, so we will also example the emotional components of ourselves as we focus on Mental Health in May. Elysium provides support from around the world, with people who are like you, and who participate in a healthy hierarchy. 

We close out Season 02 with Sexual Health. Our lives revolve around sex, having or desiring it, and although it is a part of many dynamics, it is not all of them. Having good, meaningful, mind-blowing sex is a goal we all have. There is much we can do to achieve that goal.
